We make every effort to represent each item correctly and honestly. However, in the unusual instance that there is an issue and both seller and buyer have agreed that a return is required, we will accept a return. The item must be returned within thirty (30) days of arrival and in the same condition as the item was when shipped. During Christmas (December 25th) items must be returned within thirty-five days (35) in the same condition as the item was when shipped.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item being returned, however, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we'll pay the return shipping costs. Once we have received the item and all conditions are met, we will gladly refund the original purchase price less shipping fees (unless we paid for shipping). There will be no restocking fee.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
International: Due to the fact that First Class International shipping offers little to no tracking information beyond the US borders we cannot offer refunds for lost items. The only tracking available is through Priority and Express International shipping.
